Power of 30 Day Challenges: Habit Development

For any of you Essentials grads, you understand the power of 30-Day Challenges if you have stayed committed to them for the entire 30 days. As I prepare to direct Essentials this summer, I came up with the idea to conduct 12 different 30 Day Challenges throughout the 2010 year.

Point Guard Lay-Up
