3-Point Shooting Workout

In this 30-Day Challenge, you will dramatically improve your 3-point shooting ability. You will shoot 100 3-pointers each day from various spots around the arc. You will complete 10 sets of 10 3′s with shots being taken from the top, wing, corner, off the dribble, off the jab, and long-range. This work-out will take approximately 30 minutes to complete each day.
