Join Our Staff

Our PGC staff share a common passion for the game of basketball and for positively influencing the athletes and coaches who play and teach it. We also share an interest and concern for the game and how it is being taught and played. If you share our passion and believe in our core values, we would be pleased to consider having you join us in our mission.

Here are the ways you can be involved with PGC:

1 – Attend PGC

Our entire staff is comprised of PGC graduates who have attended PGC, either as a participating athlete or an observing coach. If you are interested in joining our staff, the first step is to sign up to attend one of our courses. You MUST attend a session before we will consider you for a volunteer or staff position. The reason for this is we want to know each basketball coach personally before they join our team. We also want coaches to know what we value and what we teach before we will consider them. We believe this to be vitally important and integral to maintaining our standard of excellence at every session.

2 – Volunteer with PGC

Coaches and athletes who have completed one or more of our courses may apply to join us as a volunteer instructor for that course. Volunteers attend 1-3 sessions each summer and are provided complimentary room, board and meals for the duration of the course. Volunteer coaches learn to apply PGC concepts in the best way possible – teaching them to athletes.  If you are interested in joining our PGC team, please read our applicant information and then complete our staff application.

3 – Work with PGC

PGC has a team of dynamic basketball coaches, young and old alike, that work four (4) or more sessions through the summer. If you are interested in joining our PGC team, please read our applicant information and then complete our staff application.
