Finishing Moves Workout

In this 30-Day Challenge, you will develop the ability to finish at the rim more effectively, more confidently, and with greater consistency. You will improve your power sweeps, power slides, stretch finishes, duck unders, sweep and twists, and your ability to finish with fakes. You may choose to complete 15, 20, 25, or 30 work-outs in the 30-Day period, depending on your gym or court availability. This work-out will take approximately 30 minutes to complete each day.
