Tara McCaulley

Manager of Customer & Staff Experience

Tara joined PGC in 2010 as Manager of Customer & Staff Experience. She leads the hiring process from beginning to end for all staff, is the main point of contact for all payroll related items, a mentor for any coaching input, assists with training development and leads the PGC customer service area for phone and email.

Before coming to PGC, Tara spent the last 15 years in the business world. She is a highly regarded leader and is most sought after for her team building and coaching abilities. Tara has spent the years honing her skills in the areas of people management, project management, relationship development and marketing. She is passionate about people, coaching and stretching outside of her comfort zone.

Tara and her husband Jay are the proud parents of 4 boys, Luc, Cole, Nate and Max and love spending time with them playing card games, shooting hoops and hanging out at their summer retreat in Southern Ontario, Canada.


Sarita Vandernaalt

Director of Operations

Sarita joined PGC in 2008 as our Director of Operations and Finances. Together with the Operations Team, Sarita creates structure and processes to support PGC growth. Before coming to PGC, Sarita spent 20 years in the business world, working for two major Canadian corporations in a variety of positions and gaining the experience that is essential to her role at PGC. This vast experience aide in her ability to successfully lead her team and projects, execute on event coordination and be precise in all financial matters.

Sarita and her husband of thirteen years, Brian (who is a teacher) are delighted to have added two new daughters to their family: Alexandria, whom they adopted from China, and Samara who comes from South Africa. The family resides in Southern Ontario, Canada.

Sarita enjoys the outdoors and is happy to spend most of the summer with her family on Pelee Island, the most southern habited island in Canada.


Margie Williamson

Manager of Facilities & Logistics

Margie joined Point Guard College full-time in 2009. Her primary responsibility is coordinating all facility logistics, PGC merchandise, along with a variety of other PGC operational needs.

Before joining the PGC team, Margie worked for four years at Texas Woman’s University in Denton, Texas. From June 2006-January 2009, she served as the Pioneers’ Assistant Director of Athletics for Marketing and Operations. From September 2005 to June 2006, she held the position of Assistant Basketball Coach and Event Administrator for gymnastics and softball.

Prior to her time in Denton, Margie was the head women’s basketball coach at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor (UMHB) in Belton, Texas before resigning in June 2005 to begin her doctoral studies.

A Deer Park, Texas native, she was a four-year captain and starter at point guard for UMHB. After her playing career, she coached at Killeen, Crawford and Richland High Schools. Margie was an assistant coach at Baylor University under Sonja Hogg for two years before returning to UMHB in May 2000.

At UMHB, Margie had a career record of 82-45 in five seasons at the helm. She took the Lady Crusaders, a member of the NCAA Division III American Southwest Conference, to the league tournament twice and was the ASC Coach of the Year in 2000-01. She also had 12 players selected to the ASC All-Academic team.

Margie graduated from UMHB in 1993 with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. She earned her master’s degree in education with an emphasis in sport management from Baylor in 2002. Most recently, Margie graduated from TWU with her doctorate degree in Sport Administration in May 2010.
