Required Forms:

• Each athlete must bring a physical health report signed by a physician.
• An Authorization for Administration of Medication form must completed if your athlete brings any type of medication, including all over-the-counter medications and doctor prescribed medications.

Accommodations for Athletes:

• (TBD) Saint Peter’s College will assign the dorm at least 2 weeks prior to the start of the session.
• The residence halls are air-conditioned.
• Refrigerators are not provided.
